Sensibee is putting automated pollinator monitoring into practice in the field. Rather than an academic prototype, it is a professional, highly reliable product designed for sustained real-world deployment. Its technology makes it possible to observe pollinator activity continuously and at scale, helping organisations gather the evidence they need to understand and protect pollinator health.

ARIA

Yannick Wurm is a Programme Director at the UK’s Advanced Research + Invention Agency (ARIA). He leads the Engineering Ecosystem Resilience programme, which brings together scientists and technologists to develop new capabilities for understanding, forecasting and strengthening ecosystem resilience.

SequenceServer

SequenceServer makes BLAST—one of biology’s most widely used sequence-analysis tools—easy to set up, use and share. Developed by our team with a strong focus on visualisation and user experience, it helps researchers and biotechnology organisations turn their own sequence data into insight and is used by thousands of people each day.

Consultancy

We provide consultancy in bioinformatics and genomics, helping private- and public-sector organisations choose appropriate molecular and computational approaches and turn complex data into robust conclusions. Our expertise includes population genomics, genome assembly, gene expression, gene prediction, data visualisation, reproducible analysis and the trade-offs and limitations of different data types and algorithms.
